  1. Where is my package? After placing your order, it takes on average 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 3 to 5 additional business days before your order is delivered. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. If these times are exceeded, please contact our customer service.
  2. Where can I find my tracking code? As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also check your junk mail, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active. 
  3. I am not satisfied with my package. Visit our page Refund Policy to return your package.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and details. We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery.


DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are still working on making our products available for international shipping and we will definitely update our website once this option is available.


WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept payments by all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) as well as PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. Please do not worry if you do not have a PayPal account. To purchase through PayPal you have the option to checkout as a Guest. A PayPal account is NOT REQUIRED.

Yes, at Golfer Hut we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts and gift cards have been applied).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Upon completing your purchase, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order details.

For custom printed and Print on Demand orders (All Mugs, Apparel, Shoes and Seat Covers), items usually take 2-5 weeks to process, ship out and deliver. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@golferhut.com.


WHY DO I SEE EXTRA BANK FEE WHEN I PLACED AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We conduct shipping within the United States. As our Merchant Processing is located in Canada your banking institution/credit card may be viewing it as an international transaction and charging a small international service fee (usually between $1-$2). Please note the this charge is through your bank/credit card and NOT by our company. It would be best to please get in touch with your bank or credit card company so they can give you more information.
